Center Line Spotlight Leader Program
The Center Line Spotlight Leader Program was created with a purpose that extends far beyond representing our brands and staffing events. Our mission is to develop the next generation of leaders in the dance industry and in life.
Built on the pillars of LEADERSHIP, SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, MENTORSHIP, and COMMUNITY, we look forward to watching every Spotlight Leader embrace these values, grow with purpose, and make a positive impact in the industry!
